Coolidge Corner (CFCC) is a strength and conditioning facility dedicated to helping a wide range of individuals from all fitness levels achieve extraordinary results. Our programming is based on the CrossFit principles of universal scalability and constant variance, while drawing from classic elements of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, endurance training, and cutting edge sports performance corrective and mobility strategies. It is our sincere belief that the real joys of fitness come from the achievement of proper functional movement; learn to move well and you will start to live well.
At CFCC you will be encouraged to push yourself to the limits of your perceived capabilities, but never past the boundaries of safety or good form. We pride ourselves on the prudent application of the CrossFit methodology, taking a holistic approach to the fitness needs of each individual.
