A1. Bench

4 Reps @ ~70-75% Tempo 50×1

A2. DB Bench

8 reps (fast)

A3. Med Ball Chest Pass

 

*Move between all three with minimal rest. ~2:00 rest between sets. If you don’t know 1RM, use a weight you could confidently hit for 6 reps. Bench should be hard, but no fails.

 

B. AMRAP 16

4 Lengths Bear Crawl/Shuttle Sprint (alternating rounds; round 1 Bear Crawl, round 2 sprints….)

8 Ball Slams

16 Single Arm Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead (50/35)

 

C. 2:00 German Hang Stretch
