Part A:

3 rounds

4 Seated Box Jumps

6 Rotational Medball Stomps(each side)

8 Reactive Lateral Heidens(each side)

*Box Jumps should be high but not max effort. Aim for explosiveness off the floor and a soft landing. Stomps should emphasize explosive power downward and speed on the ball. 6lbs-10lb ball should be used.

Part B:

Deadlift

5-5-5-5+

*superset with 8 wall-activated deadbugs(each side)

Part C:

EMOTM15

1: 15 OHS(45/35)

2: 15 Pushups

3: 200ft Shuttle Sprint(6 passes)

ADV: (75/55)(8 HSPU)
