Partner A: Rows for Max Calories

Partner B: Completes a Round of

20 Wallballs(20/14)

15 KB Swings(70/53)

10 Burpees to Plate

*switch each time partner b completes their round. 

*score is max calories+rounds for the team

Part B:

3 rounds

60s Plank Hold

30s Rest

Part C:

10 Jefferson Curls

60s Puppy Dog

90s Standing Straddle

90s Sumo Squat Bottom Hold(use rig to anchor if necessary)
