Boot Camp
Part A.
4 sets
10 overhead wall ball throws
10 wall ball rotational slams
10 dumbbell floor press
10 single arm KB squats (5 each arm)

Part B.
2 rounds
40 Double Unders (80 singles)
20 DB clean and jerk right
40 double unders
20 DB clean and jerk left
40 double unders
20 burpees

Part C.
Carry something heavy 400ft
(Kettle bells, trap bar, sand bag, slam ball, barbell, etc.)

Fundamentals 
Deadlift
3-3-3-3-3

Part B.
For Time
10 box jumps
20 DB deadlifts
30 sit ups
40 double unders
50 burpees
40 double unders
30 sit ups
20 DB deadlifts
10 box jumps
