Coloring Book

Part A:

3 rounds

4 High Seated Box Jumps(ADV/RX try 1 foot landing)*

4 Broad Jump to Vertical Leap

4 Medball Scoop Toss to Wall(each side)

*Notes: Box jumps are not max height. Aim for speed and power. Broad Jump to Leap is a max broad jump, upon landing immediately Jump Vertically as high as possible.

Part B:

Wendlers Day 6

Deadlift

3-3-3-3+

*Go up from last week. Third set is the heaviest. Rest adequately and reduce by 10% for the AMRAP set.

Part C:

3 rounds

AMRAP4

5 Overhead Squats(75/55)

5 Box Jumps(30/24)

5 CTB Pullups

Rest 90s

ADV:(95/65)(Ring MU)

*Athletes should pick weights, heights and movements that they can move through in unbroken sets fast. This is meant to be a wod you cycle through quickly on each movement with minimal rest
