Part A:

3 Minutes for Max Distance

Plate Push(45/25)

*athletes will push a plate across the floor from the rig to the turf and back as many times as possible in 3 minutes

Part B:

AMRAP30

-Teams of Two-

Part A:

15 Wallballs(20/14)

12 KB Swings(70/53)

8 Toes to Bar

50ft Bear Crawl

30s Plank Hold

Part B:

Row Max Distance

*Both Partners work continuously. One partner completes a round of part a while the other rows for distance.Score is total rounds and max distance on the rower as a team.

Part C:

60s Standing Straddle

60s Dragon(each side)

60s Pigeon(each side)

60s Seated Toe touch(use band if necessary)

60s Puppy Dog
