A) Deadlift (All percentages are based off of your 3RM)

5@40%, 5@47%, 3@55%, 5@65%, 5@75%, Max Reps@85% (Goal is at least 5 – note number of reps)

 

B) Complete for Time

Run 800m

15 Hang Power Clean (155/105)

Run 400m

10 HPC

Run 200m

5 HPC

Note: Weight should be something that you can complete the round of 15 in no more than 3 sets with minimal rest.
