Great work guys! Of those goals the ones that were actually set at the start of the month include Kelsey’s and Clara’s muscle-ups, Lonna’s kipping pull-up, and Robert’s double unders.
Continue to set goals and crush them guys! PR’s are satisfying but goals that you set, work towards, and then accomplish are that much better!
