Sumo Deadlift

Part B:

5 rounds

10 CTB Pullups

100ft Bear Crawl

100ft Standing Broad Jump*

200m Run

*every 5th Broad Jump stop and do 3 burpees

(ADV: Weight Vest)

Part C:

5-7 minutes of focused Lax ball Mobility Drills
