A. 20 Minutes to find a 1RM Back Squat

*This is a testing day. We’ll be using the number you hit today for percentage work in the coming weeks.

 

B. Two Rounds For Time

50 Double Unders

20 Deadlifts (135/95)

50 Double Unders

20 Front Squats

*ADV (155/105)

 

C. Accumulate 3 Minutes in plank, weighted if possible
