Note: pull to below the knee (hold 3 seconds)> pull to mid thigh > (hold 3 seconds) > down to above the knee (hold 3 seconds) > hang snatch

 

B) with a partner, for time:

10 snatches (65/45)

50 box jumps (24/20)

10 snatches (75/55)

50 pulls ups

10 snatches (95/65)

50 burpees

10 snatches (115/75)

50 wall balls (20/14)

10 snatches (135/95)
