Oly Prog 10/2-10/8

It’s MEET WEEK!!  Keeping it light and snappy this week – no misses.  Get excited and get ready to crush it this weekend.  And most importantly, of course – get ready to have FUN!

Day 1 (Monday)

1. Snatch- 1 @ 80%, 1 @ 85%, 3 x 1 @ 90%

2. Clean + Jerk- 1 @ 80%, 1 @ 85%, 1 @ 90%

3. Back Squat- 2 @ 75%, 2 @ 80%, 2 x 1 @ 85%

4. Clean Pull- 2 @ 90%, 2 @ 95% 2 @ 100%

 

Day 2 (Wednesday)

Competitors-

1. Snatch- 2 x 1 @ Opener

2. Clean + Jerk- 2 x 1+1 @ Opener

3. Front Squat- 2 @ 75%, 1 @ 80%, 1 @ 85%

Non-Competitors-

1. Snatch- 1RM @ 10 RPE

2. Clean + Jerk- 1RM @ 10 RPE

*For realsies. Get after it, treat it like the platform, put on a show for everyone competing at the Ginny.

 

Day 3 (Thursday if competing Saturday, Friday if competing Sunday)

1. Snatch- 5 x 1 @ 60%

2. Power Clean + Power Jerk- 5 x 1+1 @ 60%

 

Day 4 (Saturday or Sunday)

The Ginny! Our first big meet one year later. Go forth and thrash!
