Oly Prog 1/1-1/7

Deload week

 

Transition week this week- starting next Monday we’ll begin a cycle leading up to the Robinson Weightlifting St. Paddy’s Day Open!

 

Day 1

1. Snatch- 4×3 @ 7 RPE

2. Clean and Jerk- 5x(2+2) @ 8 RPE

3. Back Squat 3×5 @ 8 RPE

4a. Ab Wheel 3×8

4b. Reverse Hyper 3×15

 

Day 2

1. Hang Power Snatch (ATK)- 5×2 @ 7 RPE

2. Clean + Hang Clean (ATK) + Hang Clean (Hi Hang)- 5×1+1+1 @ 8 RPE

3.  Push Press- 5×3 @ 8 RPE

4. Front Squat- 3×5 @ 8 RPE
