Oly Prog 12/25-12/31

Short week with the holidays, little bit of a volume deload- but that does not mean you’ll be going light! Get in what you can, and get ready to hit it hard on a new cycle next week!

 

Day 1 (Wednesday)

1. SN x2 @ 9 RPE, x95%, x90%

2. Segment Clean + Jerk  x(1+2) @ 9 RPE, x95%, x90%

3. Back Squat + Chains x1 @ 10RPE, x95%, x90%

4a. Wall Slides 3×10

4b. Plate Flys 3×15

Day 2

Final week of EMOTMs, try to build heavier than last week!

1. 15 Min EMOTM

Snatch (ATK) x 1

First 5 at 75-85%, second 85-95%, third 5 at 95%+

2. 15 Min EMOTM

Clean (ATK) + Jerk x (1+1)

First 5 at 75-85%, second 85-95%, third 5 at 95%+

3a. GHD Sit-ups 3×18

3b. GHD Hip Extensions 3×18

Hold a medicine ball for both movements
