Oly Programming 4/17-4/23

Mikhail Koklyaev, who has competed in olympic lifting, strongman, and powerlifting at the highest levels all at the same time.

 

Day 1 (Monday)

1. Snatch- 2x2x70%

2. Clean + Jerk- 2x2x70%

3.  Snatch Hi Pull- 2×3×75%

4. Back Squat- 2x3x70%

5. Ab Wheel 3×8

 

Day 2 (Wednesday)

1.  Dip Snatch + OHS- 2×1+2×70%

2. Pause Jerk + Jerk- 2×1+1×70%

3. Segment Clean + Hang Clean (ATK)- 2×1+1×70%

4. Front Squat- 2x3x70%

5. Tabata V-Ups

 

Day 3 (Open Gym)

1. Muscle Snatch 2x3x~55% Snatch (Ballpark, should feel like an RPE 7.5)

2. Power Clean + Power Jerk 2x2x70%

3. Clean Pull Off Blocks (6″) 2x2x90%

4. 1+ 1/4 Back Squat- 2x2x70%

5. 6 Min EMOTM- 1st: 5 Pull-ups, 2nd: 5 Dips, 3rd: 5 Hanging Leg Raises w/ Pause
