Two weeks out from Brookline Barbell Club’s next weightlifting meet- time to start getting heavy!

 

Note Day 4.

Day 1 (Monday)

1. Snatch- 2x1x80%

2. Clean- 2x1x80%

3. Jerk- 2x1x80%

4. Back Squat- 2x2x80%

5a. Ab Wheel 3×8

5b. Reverse Hyper 3×15

 

Day 2 (Wednesday)

1. Hi-Hang Snatch- 2x1x80%

2. Clean+ Jerk- 2x1x80%

3. Segment Snatch Pull- 3×2×90%

4. Front Squat- 2x2x80%

 

Day 3 (Open Gym)

1. Snatch- 2x1x100%

2. Clean- 2x1x100%

3. Jerk- 2x1x100%

4. Back Squat- 3x2x100%

 

Day 4 (RWL Memorial Day Competitors)

1. Snatch 2x1x 90%, 2x1x95%

2. Clean + Jerk 2x1x100%

3. Front Squat 3x2x100%
