Wendlers Day 4

*Third set is the heaviest. Rest adequately and reduce the weight by 10% from your third set and do an AMRAP.

Part B:

100ft Farmer’s Carry(70/53)

10 Push-ups*

100ft Bear Crawl

10 Jumping Squats

*ADV:(Ring Dips)

Part C:

60s Lizard(each side)

60s Pigeon(each side)

60s Frog

60s Seated Toe Touch(use band if needed)

30s Supine Twist(each side)

60s Puppy Dog(10 deep breaths)
