A1) Close Grip Bench Press x 8-10 Reps

A2) Db Tricep Kickback x 10-12 Reps/Arm

A3) Diamond Push Up x 10 Reps

Note: CGBP is meant to be very narrow isolating the tricep.  Scale Diamond Push Up to diamond on box/bench.

 

3 Sets

B1) Barbell Curl x 8-10 Reps

B2) Alt Db Curl x 12-15 Reps/Arm

B3) Hammer Curl x 10 Reps/Arm

 

C) AMRAP 7

20 Walking Lunge

20 Goblet Squat (53/35)

200m Run
