*superset with 2 Rope Climbs/Pegboard Ascents or 3-4 eccentric chin-ups

Part B:

5 rounds

10 Front Squats(155/105)

10 Box Jumps(30/24)

*barbell must be taken from the floor. Scale Appropriately. 

Part C:

60s Lizard(each leg)

60s Pigeon(each Leg)

60s Saddle

60s Seated Toe Touch(use band)

60s Puppy Dog

60s Savasana
