5-4-3-2-1  Hang Clean & Jerk(155/105)

ADV:(185/135)

*in this workout athletes alternate between the three movements until complete: 50 DU, 25 Calorie Row, 5 Clean and Jerks, 40 Double unders, 20 Calorie Row, 4 Clean and Jerk etc….
