A) Push Jerk 2-2-2-2-2-2; Build to tough double for the day

 

B) 5 Rounds (20min Cap)

200m Run

15 Shoulder to Overhead (115/80)

10 Pull-Up

Note: Weight should be something that you can complete in 1-2 sets every time.  Also scale the pull-ups to be able to complete in 1-2 sets every time, either by movement or reps
