A) Close Grip Bench Press(All percentages are based off of your 3RM + 10lbs)

5@40%, 5@47%, 3@55%, 5@65%, 5@75%, Max Reps@85% (Goal is at least 5 – note number of reps)

Note: add 10# to your 3RM and take your percentages from that number.

 

B) “Ringer-ish”

For Time (8 Min Cap)

Note: Weight should be something that you can complete unbroken. Second piece begins 9 min after the start of first piece.  The quicker you finish the first the more rest you get. Score is time to complete each piece separately.
