10 burpee broad jumps
5 wall climbs
= 20 min
FUNDAMENTALS:
A1) Box jumps- standing, seated, seated w/ weight
A2) Med ball slams
A3) Speed Skaters
B) 5 Rounds:
20 med ball slams
15 push ups
10 air squats
5 burpees
