Part A:

Teams of 4

AMRAP40

Station 1:

400m Run

Station 2:

Max Calories Assault Bike

Station 3:

AMRAP

6 Thrusters(75/55)

6 Straight Arm Burpees

Station 4:

Rest

*in this workout athletes will move through conga line style. Everyone rotates when the athlete in station 1 returns from the 400m Run. If a team has less than 4 athletes use the last completed 400m split on the team and rotate after that time elapses.

Part B:

60s Lizard(each leg)

60s Pigeon(each leg)

120s Seated Toe Touch(use band)

60s Standing Straddle

60s Child’s Pose
