Part A:

Teams of Two

15 minutes for both partners to each find a 3rm Thruster. Partners may only use one barbell per team and no racks are allowed.

*Score is combined lbs of each partners best set.

Part B:

-Teams of Two-

AMRAP25

40 Double unders

10 Hang Power Clean(95/65)

10  Thruster

100m Sprint w/Medball(20/14)

*pick a weight that you can manage for unbroken sets of 10.

Part C:

5-7 minutes of Upper Body Lax ball mobility drills.
