8 Medball Cleans(20/14)

8 Russian Twists(each side)

100m Sprint w/Medball

ADV:(30/20)

Part C:

AMRAP8

8 Deadlifts(155/105)

8 Burpees over the Bar

Part D:

8 Minutes of Focused Foam Rolling

***Rest 4 minutes between each workout. Athletes should prepare for all three WODs at the start to maximize their rest interval.
