A) Deadlift (All percentages are based off of your 3RM + 20lbs)

5@40%, 5@47%, 3@55%, 5@65%, 5@75%, Max Reps@85% (Goal is at least 5 – note number of reps)

Note: add 20# to your 3RM and take your percentages from that number.
