A) 3×8/per leg Bulgarian split squat (use a bench, box, or stack of plates) Building in Weight, Goblet Style.

B) 3×3 pause back squat (3 sec pause in bottom) @75-80%

 

C) “The Standard, Kinda”

For time:

30 c&j (135/95)

30 chest to bar pull ups*

30 snatches (135/95)

Time Cap: 12:00

*Adv: 30 ring muscle ups
