Part A-

Three Partner Teams

Partners rotate stations every time partner at Station A finishes. Score is total rounds completed at Stations B throughout the whole workout. Continue where the previous partner left off.

8 Min AMRAP

Station A: 300m Row

Station B: 6 Push Jerks  (115/75)+ 6 Burpees to 6″ Target

Station C: High Plank Hold

-Rest 3 minutes-

8 min AMRAP

Station A: 200m Run

Station B: 8 Power Cleans (115/75) + 8 Lateral Bar Burpees

Station C: Hollowbody Hold

-Rest 3 minutes-

8 min AMRAP

Station A: 100 DU

Station B: 10 Front Squats (115/75) + 10 Straight Arm Burpees

Station C: Side Plank (alt. sides every 20s)
