Part A-

Three Partner Teams

Partners rotate stations every time partner at Station A finishes. Score is total reps completed at Stations B + C throughout the whole workout.

6 Min AMRAP

Station A: 300m Row

Station B: Kettlebell Swings

Station C: Knees 2 Elbows

-Rest 3 minutes-

6 min AMRAP

Station A: 200m Run

Station B: Wallballs

Station C: Ring Dips

-Rest 3 minutes-

6 min AMRAP

Station A: 100 DU

Station B: Burpee Box Jump (24/20)

Station C: DB Walking Lunges (35/25)
