A. Back Squat build to 90-95% in minimal sets (NOT a 1RM)

then 3 Sets

B1. Back Squat x 3 80-85% (No tempo, focus on speed)

B2. Weighted Jump Squats x 6

B3 Unweighted Jump Squats x 6

 

C. For Time

21-15-9

Kettlebell Swing (70/53)

Box Jump Over (24/20)

Front Squat (135/95)

D. Lower Body Focused Foam Roll 5-7 Minutes
