Partner A: Wall Sit

Partner B: 6 Lengths Baby Carry(53/35)

*when partner B completes Baby Carry you switch. Partner A may not come off the wall until Partner B has begun the Wall sit to replace him.

Part B:

AMRAP25

Max Calorie Row

Partner B:

30 Double unders

12 Hang Power Clean and Jerks(105/75)

10 Burpees over the Bar

*Partner’s switch when Partner B completes a round. Score is total calories and total rounds.

Part C:

5-7 minutes of focused lower body foam rolling: calves, quads, glutes and IT bands
