Which Way To The Beach?

5 Sets

A1. Bench Press x 8 @31×1 (3 down, 1 bottom, explode up, 1 at top)

A2. Chin Up x 5 (Scale to eccentric, band, or faux)

*Goal for bench is to do challenging sets across. Can move a bit on first two sets, but last three should definitely all be at same weight

 

B. 3 Rounds for Time

10 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)

20 Pull Ups (ADV Chest to Bar)

60 Double Unders

*Should be able to do StO in no more than two sets

 

C. Tabata

Barbell Curl w/ empty bar

*gold star if you never put barbell down through whole tabata
