Part A:

3 rounds

4 1-arm KB Front Squat(each side)

3 Turkish Get-up(each arm)

2 Rope Climbs

1 100m Baby Carry(53/35)

*move through this circuit at a brisk pace. Rest no more than 60s between rounds but focus primarily on quality and load rather than speed. Rope Climbs may be legless for advanced athletes. Scale movements appropriately.

Part B:

2 rounds

500m Row

50 Double unders

25 Overhead Squats(45/35)

Part C:

Tabata Single Leg Plank Hold

*alternate legs each round for a total of 4 each side
