A) Back Squat (All percentages are based off of your 3RM)

5@40%, 5@47%, 3@55%, 5@65%, 5@75%, Max Reps@85% (Goal is at least 5 – note number of reps)

 

B) AMRAP 7

5 Front Squat (155/105)

7 Bar Facing Burpee

Note: weight must come from the floor and be something you can complete unbroken each round.
