Tuesday: Running Club Mobility 5:30 PM
Thursday: WODs: 12:00 and 5:30 PM
Friday: Nutrition, Sleep and General check in’s 9:00 AM #royale and 12:00 Finer Things Club
The Zoom classes will be limited to 40 minutes, so we’ll get through as much as we can. Happy to answer any during the time and it will be great to see everyone! Links will be posted the night before on members FB page. If not on FB, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
