A) EMOM 10:

1 squat clean + 2 front squat + 1 push jerk

increase in weight each round

 

B) with a partner, PA runs while PB does AMRAP, when PA returns PB runs and PA picks up the AMRAP 

30 minute AMRAP

partner A: run 400 m

partner B: AMRAP

5 pull ups

10 push ups

15 squats
