*:05 Lower Down. If you need assistance to go up, that’s fine, just try to lower as slow as possible

A2. SA Row x 10-12 side

 

B. 10 Rounds for Time

10 Single Arm Shoulder to Overhead

10 Single Arm Hang Clean

10 Single Arm Swing

*Alternate arms for rounds, so round 1 all reps are completed right arm, round 2 all reps are completed left arm.

 

C. 3 x 10 Side Lying External Rotations
