1 Burpee Over Dumbbell

2 Devil’s Press (50/35)

3 DB Push Press

4 DB Front Squat

5 DB Hang Clean

6 DB Deadlift

7 Toes to Bar

8 Pull Ups

9 Calorie Row

10 Box Jump (24/20)

11 x 11 Double Unders (FYI 11×11=121)

12 DB Burpee Box Step Over (24/20)

 

Done in style of the song “12 days of Christmas”, so:

1 Burpee over DB

2 Devil’s Press, 1 Burpee over DB

3 DB Push Press, 2 Devil’s Press, 1 Burpee Over DB

until you go from 12-1, or 45:00 Cap
