A. Back Squats
1×8 55%
1×6 65
1×5 75%

Build to conservative 5RM 80-85% of 1RM
then
3×5 @ 85% of 5RM
Rest: 90s

 

B. 3 Rounds for Max Reps of:
1 Minute: Burpees to Target
1 Minute: Power snatches (75/55)
1 Minute: Box jumps (24/20)
1 Minute: Push Press (75/55)
1 Minute: Max Cal Row
-Rest 1 Minute-

 

C. Post-WOD:
3x10e 1DB/KB Drop Lunge
3x1oe Banded Super Clams
