It’s the final week of the CrossFit Open and today’s workout features movements which we have already done this week. It’s obviously never optimal to continue this trend over long periods of time, where we veer further away from Variance, so we are going to shorten the workout that was released in order to keep everyone fresh going into the weekend. If you have signed up for the Open and need to be judged, we can certainly make accommodations for that.
