2 weeks out from the Superbowl… go Pats!
The 2018 CrossFit Open is coming! For those of you new to CrossFit the Open is an annual worldwide CF community event/competition that feeds into the Regionals and then the CrossFit Games. We highly encourage everyone to sign up and participate, it really is a lot of fun and makes the CF community feel so much more interconnected. Regardless of your experience level there’s a way for everyone to participate, and many people will unexpectedly PR on workouts they never thought they’d be able to do. As we get closer we’ll have more information on how to sign-up as a part of team CFCC, but for now you can read more about it here.
We’re continuing on with our strength cycle from the previous weeks, but we’ll also start including some skill work and past Open workouts/variants that will help you perform your best when the Open finally does arrive!
*Up weight from two weeks ago. Build to a heavy single (not necessarily a 1RM) in the fourth set. Rest adequately then reduce by 10% for your final AMRAP set.
