12 minutes to find your 2rm Squat Snatch
*score is sum of both partners best set. You may only use one barbell per team.
Part B:
AMRAP20
-one partner at a time-
30 Double unders
10 Wallballs(20/14)
5 Hang Power Snatch(95/65)
Part C:
As a team complete 100 Hollow Rocks for time:
*while one partner is working on the hollow rocks the other must hold a plank. If one partner breaks the other must also break. Switch as much as necessary.
