First off, I want to congratulate everyone on making it through the Whole Life Challenge. Everyone should be proud of the progress they made and staying devoted to an ideal for so long. 2 months is a long time.
Just a reminder, that on Monday we will be re-testing the “Whole Life Workout”. This will include a 2-rep Max Front Squat and 10 minutes of Cindy. Same as what we did 2 months ago. Go check your books and see where you wanna take it. Take this into consideration with the weekend coming up. Make sure you rest so that you can crush Monday!
