Ace in the Hole

3 Sets

A1. Back Squats

3 Reps at ~80% Tempo 15×1 (may be slightly lighter than week one)

A2. Goblet Squat

6 Reps (Fast)

A3. Weighted Squat Jumps

6 Reps (Max Height each rep)

**Move between all three with minimal rest. ~2:00 rest between sets. If you don’t know 1RM, use a weight you could confidently hit for 5 reps. Squats should be hard, but no fails.

 

B. Five Rounds For Time

10 DB Squats (50/35)

20 Mountain Climbers

10 Length Shuttle Run

 

C. 5-7 Minute Foam Roll Low Body
