Part A:

3 Rounds

4 Depth Jumps(each leg)*

4 Hot Feet Scoop Toss(each side)

8 Knee to Chest Jump

*newer athletes should sub a regular box jump for the depth jumps. Knee to Chest jumps should be explosive and reactive off the floor. Scoop Toss ball weight should be 6lbs-10lbs. 

Part B:

Deadlift

3-3-3-3+

*Superset w/8 Wall-Activated Deadbugs(each side)

Part C:

15-12-9-6-3

Squat Clean Thruster(105/75)

Burpee Box Jumps(24/20)

ADV:(115/85)
