Bootcamp:

A) 3 rounds:
100m DB farmers carry
50ft DB front rack lunges
15 DB push press

B) For time:
100 back squats (115/75)
– every minute on the minute = 3 devils press – (50/35)

C) 3x 8 prone KB drags

Fundamentals:

A) 12 min running clock:
5 hang power cleans

B) Every 5 minutes for 4 rounds:
500m row
15 box jumps
Max pull ups

C) Finisher- 3 sets:
20 L. Hip thrusts
20 R. Hip thrusts
1 min flute bridge static hold
