Today’s Workout is kind of a pain in the ass. You are going to have perform some work really fast in order to get to the part that matters. A little technicality with some sprinting, and then a body-weight movement. Workouts like this should be performed AS HARD AS POSSIBLE, especially with programmed rest.
We want to use today’s skill session as an opportunity to establish a good weight for the workout. I will say right now, that whatever weight selected, you should be able to perform unbroken (performing all reps without breaking), each round.

10 Hang Power Cleans (115/75)
with remaining time left AMRAP Push Ups
-Rest 2 minutes between rounds. Your score for the WOD is total number of Push ups from each round.
