At Home WOD #1

A. 5 Rounds

20 Sit Ups

20 Push Ups

40 Mountain Climbers

*Scale push ups to knees if needed. Scale reps if needed, but keep five rounds. Mountain climbers should be performed with knee hitting triceps.

 

B. 1:00 Twisted Cross

20 Scorpion Reaches

1:00 Seal/Sphinx
